合同解除协议书 甲方： 乙方： 甲、乙双方于2014 年 8 月 25 日就 事宜签署了《____》及《_____》（以下简称“该合同”）。现根据《中华人民共和国合同法》之规定，甲、乙双方经充分友好协商，一致同意解除该合同，并就该合同解除事宜特订立本协议条款如下，以资共同信守： 一、甲、乙双方一致同意：自2017年3月1日起该合同解除，该合同及组成部分的所有文件资料（包括但不限于：合同书、相关来往信函以及与该合同有关的其他文件资料等）同时失效。双方在该合同中的权利义务终止，互不承担解除合同违约赔偿责任。 二、双方同意自本协议签署后15个工作日内完成财务对账工作，对账无误后 甲 方向 乙 方出具请款单， 乙 方收到请款单确认无误后10个工作日内支付 甲 方结算款项。除此之外，双方不存在任何其他未结事项，不存在任何争议及纠纷。 三、任何因本协议书或履行本协议书所产生的分歧或争议应由双方友好协商解决。协商不成，可向____市_____人民法院提起诉讼。 四、本协议书一式 4 份，甲、乙双方各执 2 份，经双方盖章后立即生效，具有同等法律效力。 有鉴于此，本协议书由双方的正式授权代表在 市分别签署。 甲方： （盖章） 乙方 （盖章） 授权代表： 授权代表： 签订日期： 签订日期： Termination Agreement （translated） ATTENTION: This english translation is only for reading purpose, any ambiguity shall follow the agreement written in Chinese and all legal obligations and rights remains to what written in chinese words. B．Both parties agree to finish accounting settlements within 15 days right after signing this agreement. Party ___ shall generate and send to Party ___ with a payment asking first if all settlements are cleared, and then Party ___ shall pay Party ___ within ten(10) working days after confirming with the payment asking. There shall not have any other un-cleared settlements and disputes. C. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be handled under a full friendly consultation. If agreement did not make, any party could fall under the jurisdiction of ______ District People 's Court proceedings. D. This agreement does four(4) copies, each party shall keep two(2) of them. All the copies shall commence and take in to force and immediately after the signing and stamping by both parties. All the copies have same force.
