Whenever one is in need, everybody else will give a helping hand. 英语学科第II卷评分细则 为了切实贯彻绵阳市教育和体育局关于2020年初中学业考试暨高中阶段学校招生考试的指导思想，按照初2020年初中学业考试暨高中阶段学校招生考试英语试题答案及评分标准评卷，认真贯彻“严格、公正、准确、统一”的原则，切实做到给分有理，扣分有据，宽严适度，一把尺子量到底。为了确保英语试题第II卷的评卷质量，特制定以下评分细则。 第一部分 阅读填空 该部分须严格依照2020年初中学业考试暨高中阶段学校招生考试英语试题参考答案第61-65题评分。但如出现形式错误（如拼写，大小写，单复数等），每种错误扣1分。 第二部分 选词填空 该部分须严格依照2020年初中学业考试暨高中阶段学校招生考试英语试题参考答案第66-75题评分。但如出现形式错误（如拼写，大小写，单复数，第三人称单数等），每种错误扣0.5分。 第三部分 书面表达 一．本题总分为20分，按4个档次给分。 二．写作要点： 1、 家乡的名称； 2、 家乡的人； 3、 家乡的建筑； 4、 家乡的自然环境。 三．评分档次： 语言使用情况 档次 要点数 得分范围 四档 4个 16~20分 基本无语言错误，行文连贯，表达清楚。 三档 3个 11~15分 有少量语言错误，行文基本连贯，表达基本清楚。二档 2个 6~10分 有较多语言错误，尚能达意。 一档 1个 0~5分 语言错误很多，严重影响表达。 四．总词数不足60或多于100词的，可从总分中酌情扣除1~2分；书写不干净、不整洁酌情扣除1~2分；大小写错误较多扣1分。 五．抄袭、用铅笔书写不给分。 听力原文 第一节： Text1: W: Happy birthday!
