Thanks to the rapid development of technology in recent years, many learning applications have been developed and online learning has become increasingly popular.Many universities now offer online courses that can be learned without going to a classroom. As far as I am concerned, there are three reasons for the popularity of online learning.First of all, as college students, we all know that college classes are very free and teachers do not force us to study.This will cause us to be distracted in class, playing with mobile phones and so on, so that we miss the teacher's lecture.Then online learning plays a very important role in allowing us to re-learn the content of the lesson after class What’s more, online learning is a good way to realize personalized learning. We can arrange the learning progress according to our own time, which effectively enhances the pertinence of learning and improves the learning efficiency of individuals.Not only that, online learning also improves our ability to teach ourselves, which is a kind of ability that universities should cultivate Last but not the least, the teachers of many online learning websites are excellent teachers from famous universities, which gives us the opportunity to hear professors give lectures and hear different opinions of the course.This broadens our horizon and enriches our thinking. However, the online classroom is less interesting because of the lack of interaction between our students and teachers.For less disciplined students, online learning without a teacher's supervision can do more harm than good.In a word, online learning is just a tool to help us learn. We should still focus on the traditional classroom learning.
