prefer的用法及搭配口诀

1. to prefer + noun/noun phrase/gerund: 表示偏爱或更喜欢某种事物或情况。例如：

- I prefer tea to coffee.

- She prefers going to the movies on weekends.

2. to prefer + to-infinitive: 表示喜欢或倾向于做某事，通常用于表示将来或目前可能发生的动作。例如：

- I prefer to cook my own meals rather than eat out. - He prefers to stay at home and rest tonight.

3. prefer + (that) + subject + (should) + verb: 用于虚拟语气中，表示对某事或某人提出更强烈的要求或意愿。例如：

- I prefer that you not smoke in the house.

- She prefers that he arrive on time for the meeting.

口诀：prefer加to不要忘，prefer后动词主动用，虚拟时候要倒装。
