四川师范大学成都学院本科毕业论文 浅析欧尚超市的成本控制 学生：周帅 指导教师：王猛 内容摘要：作为现代化的经营方式和盈利模式，连锁超市的发展越来越受到社会广泛的关注，近几年来，随着市场经济体制的建立和逐渐完善，连锁超市之间的竞争越来越激烈，如何控制连锁超市的成本，高效组织连锁超市的经营运作，扩大企业规模，成为管理者面临的重要课题。本文主要介绍了成本控制对于连锁超市的重要性，在文中首先阐述了成本控制的概念及基础，对成本控制在超市管理中的意义进行了介绍，并且分析了影响成本控制的外部因素和内部因素；然后从超市的背景、成本构成、成本控制的现状等方面具体分析了超市在成本控制方面存在的一些问题；最后从跟商品供应商建立稳定密切的合作关系，合理选择物流方式，加强存货的成本控制等方面提出进一步改进超市成本控制的建议和方法。 关键词：连锁超市 成本 控制 途径I 四川师范大学成都学院本科毕业论文 Analysis of Auchan supermarket cost control Abstract： As a modern mode of operation and profit model, the development of supermarket chain is more and more attention from society, in recent years, with the establishment of market economic system and gradually improve, supermarket chain between the increasingly fierce competition, how to control the cost of supermarket chains, efficient organization supermarket chain management operations, expand the scale of enterprises, become the important subject facing managers. This paper mainly introduces the importance of cost control for the supermarket chain, in this paper first expounds the concept of cost control and foundation, the meaning of the management of cost control in the supermarket are introduced, and analyzed the external factors and internal factors affecting cost control; Then from the background of the supermarket, cost structure, cost control analysis of the status of the specific aspects such as the supermarket some problems in the aspect of cost control; Finally stable with goods from suppliers to establish close relations of cooperation, choose the logistics mode, strengthen the cost of inventory control is put forward further improvement suggestions and methods of the cost control in the supermarket.
