It covers an area of 418,000m2 and has 1.8 million m2 structure covered area. It is a 1350-metre-long experiential commercial pedestrian street. The project integrates five-star hotels, office buildings,composite commercial pedestrian blocks and upscale residences. It adopts the design concept of a combination of tour experience and daily life. It is a large-scale urban centre architectural complex which integrates commercial and tourism real estate forms.Its exquisite and diverse planning and architectural forms give people a rich experience. The pedestrian street is composed of six different styles of commercial buildings: the A block is a shopping plaza consisting of modern buildings;the D block is 329m by length as a fashionable shopping block composed of two parts: a Americathemed block of Southern California coastal style and a block of Spanish theme in Mediterranean style; F block pedestrian street is 427m in length,consisting of Italian theme block and German theme block.
