2. Practice mindfulness. Mindful meditation is a type of relaxation technique that has been shown to reduce stress and increase positive feelings. Try to focus on your breathing and become aware of the present moment without judgment.

3. Exercise. Exercise is a great way to reduce stress. Regular physical activity can help improve your mood and

reduce anxiety. Aim for 30 minutes a day of moderate activity like walking, swimming or biking.

increase in stress hormones, so it’s important to make sure you’re getting enough rest. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day and avoid screens in the bedroom.


6. Connect with nature. Spending time outdoors in nature can help reduce stress and boost your mood. So take a walk in the park, go camping, or just sit and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.

7. Eat a balanced diet. Eating a healthy and balanced diet can improve your mood and overall wellbeing. Make sure to include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins in your diet.
