小区体育馆管理规定XQ Gym Management Regulation 会员朋友们大家好: 在大家的积极配合下，小区体育馆经过装修后，以崭新的面貌即将重新开业了，为保障会员的合法权益，维护场馆秩序，保持场馆的清洁卫生，我们将安排专人对体育馆进行检查维护，现将体育馆相关管理规定公布如下： Dear Gym Members: XQ Gym soon is about to reopen after all the renovation with all your supportive cooperation. In order to ensure the member’s legitimate right and maintain the system of the Gym, there will be one of our staff to be in charge to manage. Here is the regulation that is regarding to the gym management: 1.场馆开放时间：8:00-22:00。其他时间为场馆清洁维护时间。 Opening Hours: 8:00-22:00. Other time will be maintaining the gym. 2.场馆开放时间内，请持本人会员卡及门禁卡进入，请配合工作人员检查，非会员请先办理会员卡再进入场馆活动。 During the opening hours, please enter with the membership card and access card and be cooperative with gym to check your card. Non-member please apply for the membership first before you enter the gym. 3.场馆内严禁1.4米以下儿童进入，以免发生危险 。 Considering the safety of your children , No entering for the children under 1.4m in the gym. 4.严禁在场馆内穿带钉、硬底鞋、黑色鞋底或其它非运动鞋类进行活动，以免对场地造成损坏。 No non-sport shoes entering (such as shoe’s sole is black, hard or with nail) 5.场馆内严禁吸烟，请自觉维护公共卫生，不得随地吐痰或乱扔废弃物，确保室内干净整洁。 No smoking, spitting and littering in order to maintain the public health. 6.严禁在场馆内，相互追逐打闹、大声喧哗、妨碍他人正常活动的行为发生。 No chasing, screaming and any activity that is disturbing other member. 7.严禁在场馆内进行骑自行车、轮滑、跳绳等与场地无关的运动。 No bike, skating, jump rope and any other non-related sport to this gym 8.贵重物品请勿带入,如有丢失，责任自负。 It is suggested that no valuable item in the gym. Any loss will be on your own 9.请不要携带食品、有色饮料，有异味的相关物品等进入场馆。 No food, colored-drink and any other smelly items in the gym. 10. 请自觉爱护场馆设施设备，不将私人物品插挂在护网上，不攀爬球网，不私自开启各种控制开关，如有损坏，照市价赔偿，有问题请及时联系场馆管理员。 Please help to maintain the facilities. No personal item on the net; no climbing on the net; no switch any control penal without permission. Any damage needs to be paid accordingly. If you have any question, please contact gym staff. 11.打球时请自行注意安全，如有滑伤、摔伤、责任自负。 Please be safe on any sport. Any slipping and falling will be on your own responsibility. 12.请勿用球击打墙壁或其他物品，损坏物品由当事人照市价赔偿。 Please do not use ball to hit the wall or other gym facilities. Any damage needs to be paid accordingly. 13.场馆管理员有权阻止任何影响他人活动行为，不遵守场馆规定者，有权让其退出场馆。 Gym staff is authorized to stop those disturbing action or activity and to ask who is not following the gym regulation to leave. 14.严禁会员带非会员使用会馆场地或设备，一经发现，管理员有权阻止非会员的活动，需补缴场地使用费或办会员卡（对该会员口头告诫）。第二次发现，除缴纳场地使用费外，该会员将被停止使用半年（会员卡有效期不足半年的将卡收回）第三次发现，除缴纳场地使用费外,将该会员卡收回且永不办理。 It is prohibited that any member takes non-member to enter gym. Once it is found, the gym staff is authorized to stop non-member’s activity and the non-member needs to pay for court using or apply for the membership, and the member will be warned. Second times found, the member will not be allowed to enter the gym for six month besides paying for using the facility. (If the membership card will be taken back if the validation is less than 6 months). Third times found, besides paying for using the facility the membership card will be taken back and the gym will not accept any application from this client. 15.老人、行动不便者、患有高血压、心脏病者或身体患病尚未康复者，请酌情使用场馆，如有问题发生，责任自负。 The elder and those who have reduced mobility, high blood pressure, heart disease or physical illness has not been fully recovered, please use the gym, as appropriate.
