My New Life in Wuhan University Shortly after the baptism of college entrance examination, I am in an extremely high spirit stepping into a new palace of academy. Wuhan University, as is widely known to all, is considered one of the most enchanting and splendid college in China, and I would like to briefly depict my colorful campus life in the first few months. First and foremost, instead of simply following the suit, we have free access to choosing diverse major classes and optional classes totally contingent on our own interests as long as we are capable of guaranteeing enough credits when graduating. In addition, in sharp contrast to the senior high school, nevertheless, never in my wildest dreams have I envisaged that the classroom is constantly changing between classes, and sometimes we have got to run in a hurry from one classroom to another in that the interval is too short. Despite the tremendous changes, I have already mastered the routine of life, and I am capable of systematically balancing my study and life. When it comes to the dormitory life, it is quite a kind of art to make adaptations to companions with different lifestyles from diverse areas, I have a strong feeling rooted in my mind that new knowledge and new ideas are flooding in at such an incredible speed through cooperating and it encourages me to a large extent to multiply my endeavor to confront the unprecedented challenge whatever the difficulty. Apart from fundamental study and basic life, colorful activities and internships, which are committed to enhancing our ability, constitute a prodigious proportion in campus life. Last but not least, the beautiful campus is in itself a feast for eyes, especially for the spectacular cherry blossom, which appeals to thousands of people to come and appreciate every year. To sum up, in my perspective, the entry of a university indicates not only the end of adolescence, but the beginning of adulthood and entering the microcosm of society admittedly, yet still the terrific affection of new life in Wuhan University is far from words can illustrate, and I am looking forward to living a more fulfilling and productive life during the following four years. My Understanding of Winning It is abundantly conspicuous that the pursuit of winning accompanies our life journey. Winning, more or less, symbolizes more wealth, greater power and a better social status to most people. Nevertheless, from my perspective, it means exceeding yourself with endless endeavor and persistent struggle. First of all, for an average person, never should we simply regard wealth, power or social status which seems rather abstract and vacant as a standard of winning in that you tend to never attain success, let alone enjoying the happiness brought by winning. When it comes to winning, an accurate winner, as far as I am concerned, makes a precise definition of winning as continuously challenging and updating yourself in ups and downs, twists and turns. By making comparison with oneself, everyone can be a winner absolutely who repeatedly farewells to his past and paints his brilliant future with the brush in hand, tired yet exhilarating, and what's more, as long as he is endowed with strong perseverance and unremitting persistence, he is bound to achieve satisfactory results. Last but not least, during the process of pursuing success, you are confronted with the needs of your spiritual self while you ought to try to fulfill them fruitfully and productively to the best of your ability even if it seems really some hard nuts to crack.
