岗位、薪酬确认单 Confirmation Form of Position and Salary 鉴于： 甲乙双方已签订劳动合同，为保证乙方的劳动能得到相应的报酬和确实的保护，因此签订本岗位聘书及薪酬协议，本协议是经双方商定且甲乙双方保证已进行了认真的逐条阅读后签订的。 Whereas Employer and Employee have entered into an Employment Agreement, and to specify the position and salary of Employee, both parties agree to sign this Form. 本协议是甲乙双方已签订劳动合同的组成部分，与劳动合同具有同等法律效力。 This Form shall be deemed as part of, and shall have the same effect as, the Employment Agreement. 第一条 自【 】年【 】月【 】日起【 】年【 】月【 】日止，乙方在甲方的工作地点是： 。部门 ，职位是 ，直接主管领导是 。 The term of the Employment Agreement shall be from to , and the working place is . Employee shall hold the position of with the department of , and shall report to . 第二条 在本协议有效期内，甲方按月向乙方支付报酬。 During the Term, the salary of Employee shall be paid by Employer on a monthly basis. 1、其试用期基本工资为 元、通讯补贴 元、交通补贴 元；即其试用期工资总额为税前人民币 元； During the probation period, the base pay is CNY, the communication allowance is CNY, and the transportation allowance is CNY. Collectively, the total amount of salary during the probation period is CNY/month. 2、其正式基本工资为 元、通讯补贴 元、交通补贴 元；即其正式工资总额为税前人民币 元； After the probation, the base pay is CNY, the communication allowance is CNY, and the transportation allowance is CNY. 1 / 2 Collectively, the total amount of salary for the Term (except the probation period) is CNY/month. 3、上述收入统一于次月的15日发放。 Employer shall issue the salary for the previous month on the 15th day of each month. 第三条 甲乙双方特此同意，本协议到期终止。到期时或存续期间，甲方可以根据工作需要调整乙方的工作岗位，届时薪酬随具体岗位而变，签订新的岗位聘书及薪酬协议，本协议即时终止。 The parties hereby agree that during the Term or upon renewal of the Employment Agreement, Employer may adjust Employee’s position due to its business need and may adjust Employee’s salary accordingly. 第四条 本协议替代之前任何有关薪酬内容的条款、协议或文件。如有任何条款、协议或文件与本岗位聘书及薪酬协议相冲突，以本协议为准。 This Form merges and supersedes all prior terms, agreements or documents with respect to the position and salary of Employee. In case any conflict between this Form and the prior terms, agreements and documents, this Form shall prevail. 第五条 本协议以中文和英语同时书写，如有歧义，则以中文为准。 This Form shall be written in both Chinese and English, and in case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail. 第六条 本协议壹式贰份，甲乙双方各执一份。如有未尽事宜，甲乙双方友好协商解决。 This Form shall be executed in two counterparts, with one copy for each of the parties.
