P97 How to plant a tree in spring time. Spring is coming, it is warmer and warmer and it’s a good time to plant trees, the students are going to plant trees on the hill. Firstly two students dig a pit on the ground. Then a small tree is put into the pit, soils are put around the tree until it can stand by itself. Next another one carries a bucket of water and waters the tree. It’s a hard work but all students are happy, because they make the spring more beautiful. P102 The Problems of Old Age in China With the development of society, China has gradually come to the Old Aged Country which means there are more and more old aged person who are weak and lack of labor ability. So it arouses many social problems. Firstly in most of the old aged families, old parents have to take care of themselves for their daughters or sons are busy working and have no time to attend them. They feel lonely and helpless especially when they are sick at home. Secondly old aged people are lack of labour ability and their pension is lower, as a result it decreases the standard of living. In some rural countries, the social insurance system is far from development, old aged people can hardly get any money when aging. At the time they get serious illness, some of them have no money to go to the doctor’s, some of them make a debt from others, which make their lives much more poorer. In China there is still a long way to go on how to help and solve the problems on the old aged people. On the one hand the government should support and set up more homes for old people, they can be looked after carefully and they can spend their rest life happily with other old people.
