through和across 的辨析一、词义辨析

through作介词讲时,表示“通过”,常指“从事物之间穿过”，多指穿过“门、窗、洞、森林、隧道”等立体空间。

eg. They drove through the tunnel.

across 作介词讲时,表示“通过”多指“从某个平面上横过，跨过”，如，穿过“街道、马路、桥梁”等。
