2012年节假日放假安排时间表（或称2012年法定节假日安排时间表）按照中国法定程序基本敲定，2012年节假日放假安排时间表是根据国务院《关于修改<全国年节及纪念日放假办法>的决定》，参考以往国务院办公厅下达的关于往年部分节假日安排的通知，并并结合中国当前发展工作实际做出的。2012年节假日放假安排最终敲定方案将报请国务院批准方可生效，节假日放假安排最终于2011年12月份予以公布，并以通知的方式下达到“各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府，国务院各部委、各直属机构”。2012年元旦、春节、

一、元旦：2011年12月31日至2012年1月2日，放假3天。其中2011年12月31日（星期六）公休，2012年1月1日（星期日）为国家法定节假日，2012年1月1日（星期日）公休调至1月2日（星期一），即2011年12月31日（星期六）、2012年1月1日（星期日）、2012年1月2日（星期一），3日（星期二）上班。

三、清明节：4月2日至4日放假调休，共3天。其中3月30日（星期六）、3月31日（星期日）公休调至4月2日（星期一）、4月3日（星期二），4月4日（星期三，农历清明当日）为国家法定节假日，3月30日（星期六）、3月31日（星期日）照常上班，4月5日（星期四）上班。请假5、6号，可有7天假期

Six, Mid-Autumn festival and National Day: September 30, to October 7, 8 days off. One September 30 (Sunday) statutory holidays, for the Mid-Autumn festival on October 1, (Monday), October 2 (Tuesday), October 3, (Wednesday) as the National Day legal holiday, October 4, (Thursday), on October 5, (Friday) for paid leave, 6 October (Saturday), October 7 (Sunday) general holidays, September 29,, and September 30 (Sunday) two days to the October 4, on October 5,, September 29, (Saturday), October 8, (Monday) to work.
