《心经》英文版与浅释 【仅供参考】 【英文】The Heart of Prajna Paramita Sutra 【原文】《般若波罗蜜多心经》 【浅释】般若波罗蜜多经（般若部类经典）的核心 【英文】When Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva was practicing the profound prajna paramita, he illuminated the five skandhas and saw that they are all empty, and he crossed beyond all suffering and difficulty. 【原文】观自在菩萨，行深般若波罗蜜多时，照见五蕴皆空，度一切苦厄。 【浅释】当观世音菩萨在修习般若波罗蜜多（Prajna Paramita）的时候，他洞悉到所谓五蕴（Skandhas）皆是空幻，于是超越了所有的痛苦与困难。 【英文】Shariputra, form does not differ from emptiness; emptiness does not differ from form. Form itself is emptiness; emptiness itself is form. So, too, are feeling, cognition, formation, and consciousness. 【原文】舍利子，色不异空，空不异色，色即是空，空即是色，受想行识，亦复如是。 【浅释】出定以后，他对舍利弗说（Shariputra）：舍利弗，实体（色）与空无没有什么区别，空无与实体也没什么区别；实体本身就是空无，空无本身也就是实体。对于受想行识这四蕴，也是一样。 【英文】Shariputra, all dharmas are empty of characteristics. They are not produced, not destroyed, not — 1 — defiled, not pure, and they neither increase nor diminish. Therefore, in emptiness there is no form, feeling, cognition, formation, or consciousness; no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, or mind; no sights, sounds, smells, tastes, objects of touch, or dharmas; no field of the eyes, up to and including no field of mind-consciousness; and no ignorance or ending of ignorance, up to and including no old age and death or ending of old age and death. There is no suffering, no accumulating, no extinction, no way, and no understanding and no attaining. 【原文】舍利子，是诸法空相，不生不灭，不垢不净，不增不减。是故空中无色，无受想行识，无眼耳鼻舌身意，无色声香味触法，无眼界，乃至无意识界。无无明，亦无无明尽，乃至无老死，亦无老死尽。无苦集灭道，无智亦无得。 【浅释】舍利弗，所有的法（Dharmas），本性皆空，不生不灭、不净不垢、不增不减。所以在空幻之中，无所谓色受想行识五蕴、也无所谓眼耳鼻舌身意，也无所谓色声香味触法、也无眼界至意识界等十八界。没有无明（ignorance），也无所谓终止无明，没有衰老、死亡，也无所谓终止衰老、死亡。没有苦集灭道，没有理解，也没有获得。 【英文】Because nothing is attained, the Bodhisattva, through reliance on prajna paramita, is unimpeded in his mind. Because there is no impediment, he is not afraid, and he leaves distorted dream-thinking far behind. Ultimately Nirvana! 【原文】以无所得故，菩提萨埵，依般若波罗蜜多故，心无挂碍，无挂碍故，无有恐怖，远离颠倒梦想，究竟涅槃。 — 2 — 【浅释】因为无所得，所以菩萨的心中没有任何障碍，因为无所挂碍，他就会无所畏惧，他就远离了那些扭曲颠倒的梦想，达到了终极的涅槃。 【英文】All Buddhas of the three periods of time attain Anuttarasamyaksambodhi through reliance on prajna paramita. Therefore, know that prajna paramita is a great spiritual mantra, a great bright mantra, a supreme mantra, an unequalled mantra. It can remove all suffering; it is genuine and not false. That is why the mantra of prajna paramita was spoken. Recite it like this: Gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha! 【原文】三世诸佛，依般若波罗蜜多故，得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提。故知般若波罗蜜多，是大神咒，是大明咒，是无上咒，是无等等咒，能除一切苦，真实不虚。故说般若波罗蜜多咒，即说咒曰：揭谛揭谛，波罗揭谛，波罗僧揭谛，菩提萨婆诃。 【浅释】过去、现在、未来所有的佛，都是依般若智慧修行的缘故，而证得无上正等正觉。所以，般若波罗蜜多是一种伟大的精神咒语（Mantra）、是一种伟大的光明咒语，是最最高级的咒语，是无与伦比的咒语。它能去除一切的痛苦，它真实不虚，这就是为什么佛会讲授般若波罗蜜多的缘起。这咒语中这么说道： Gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha! — 3 — 本文来源：https://www.dywdw.cn/74554826a7c30c22590102020740be1e650ecc21.html
