《劳动与社会保障法》课程简介 课程代码 LA210 课程名称（中英文） 劳动与社会保障法 Labor law & Social Security Law 课程简介： 劳动与社会保障法作为法学系列课程的重要组成部分，提供了劳动与社会保障关系法律调整的概貌，是认识和学习社会关系法律调整一个不可或缺的课程设置。因此，学习和掌握劳动与社会保障法，是经济学、管理学等其他人文学科应当十分重视的一个知识领域，当然更是法学学科学生必须学习的课程。通过该门课程的学习，期望学生能一般地理解劳动与社会保障法的基础理论和基本知识，掌握劳动与社会保障法的体系和有关制度，提高学生的法学素质，有利于拓宽学生的知识面、提高学生的科研能力，帮助学生更好地适应将来的工作岗位。 Labor law & Social Security Law are important parts of the science of law courses, which give a general picture to show how laws regulate the relations in labor as well as the relations in social security. This is an indispensable course to master how laws regulate social relationships. Therefore, people in many other humanities fields (eg. Economic, Management) also attach importance to Labor law & Social Security Law and study them, say nothing of a law student. After learning the course, students are expected to master 1) the basic theory and the basic knowledge of Labor law & Social Security Law; 2) the systems of Labor law & Social Security Law. The course can help to broaden students’ ken.
