基于“两型”指标的两型社会综合评价研究

【摘要】运用基于“两型”指标的核心评价指标体系，采用基于熵值法的综合评价模型对我国两型社会建设进行了评价。研究结果显示：两型社会建设水平持续提升但呈现阶段性特征：2000～2007年间建设水平很低，2008年达到较低水平，2009～2010年间达到一般水平，2011年则达到了较高水平；两型生产指数、科技发展指数较大且持续增大，而两型消费指数、两型流通指数、生态建设指数均维持在较低水平，生态建设指数还呈现2000～2008年间持续下降的局面。这表明我国两型社会建设水平提高主要得益于两型生产水平和科技发展水平的提升，而两型消费水平、两型流通水平尤其是生态建设水平亟待提高。%The paper assesses the “Two-oriented Society”construction by using core assessment index system of “Two-oriented Society”based on two-oriented index and comprehensive assessment model based on entropy method. The results are as follows: the level of "Two-oriented Society" construction improves gradually and has stage characteristics: level of construction was very low from 2000 through 2007, it attained relative low level in 2008 and average level during 2009-2010, while the level of construction gained relative high level in 2011; Two-oriented production index and technological development index is relative high and becomes bigger and bigger, while two-oriented consumption index, two-oriented

circulation index and ecological construction index maintain relative low level, furthermore ecological construction index gradually decreased during 2000-2008. The results show that the improvement of “Two-oriented Society”construction benefits more from the improvement of two-oriented production and technological development, while the level of two-oriented consumption, two-oriented circulation and ecological construction should be promoted in future. 【总页数】6页(P43-48) 【作者】刘智勇
