银丹心脑通胶囊治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效观察 彭景拾 【期刊名称】《糖尿病新世界》 【年(卷),期】2015(035)022 【摘 要】Objective To comparatively analyze the clinical effect of Yindanxinnaotong capsule in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 310 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 these three years were selected as the subjects and di-vided into observation group and control group, 155 cases in each group according to the random number table method. Both groups were given diabetic diet guidance after admission, Metformin for controlling blood glucose level, and insulin therapy was given to those with poor control of blood glucose level by Metformin based on the patients′ conditions. In addi-tion, the observation group were treated by Yindanxinnaotong capsule. After 8 weeks of treatment, the blood glucose levels [fasting plasma glucose(FPG), postprandial 2h plasma glucose(P2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)] and blood lipid lev-els[total cholesterol(TC), total triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein choles-terol(HDL-C)] and the clinical treatment efficiency were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the indicators of blood glucose and blood lipid levels improved in both groups compared with those be-fore treatment, moreover, the improvement was more significant in the observation group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Yindanxinnaotong capsule is a kind of Chinese medicine, which can significantly control the blood glucose lev-el fluctuation and reduce the blood lipid level.
