Sales Contract This Sales Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into on [Date] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [Seller Name], a [State] corporation, with its principal place of business at [Address] (the "Seller"), and [Buyer Name], a [State] corporation, with its principal place of business at [Address] (the "Buyer"). Products. The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase the following product(s) (the "Product(s)"): [Insert description of the Product(s) including quantity, price, and any other relevant terms.] Delivery. The Seller shall deliver the Product(s) to the Buyer at [Address] on or before [Date]. The Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties. Payment.
