香港回归素材作文 一、香港回归素材背景简介 百年前，英国殖民统治让香港成为一片外埠。1997年，历经激烈的讨论和磋商，中英双方签署《中英联合声明》，确定大陆恢复对香港行使主权，并承诺实行“一国两制”和香港基本法最终政权移交事宜，香港用无亷的声势迎接，历史的画面让许多香港市民和港台同胞获得暂时的宁静与喜悦，于是，晴空如叠的真心随波逐流，带着一份期盼和传统，千百年的繁往简来，就此五四六一——回归的历史铿锵，轩然大波！ 二、香港回归的意义 Post-handover Hong Kong has become an integral part of China and the same caliber of industrial power for the last two decades, when it comes to socio-economic development and international competition. From the standpoint of Hong Kong’s economy, Hong Kong’s status as an International Business Center, a global financial hub, a regional shipping and logistics hub and an important regional cultural center of East Asia have all been greatly empowered by the 1997 handover. The successful implementation of the “One Country，Two-Systems” policy has not only improved the overall operational efficiency of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), but also opened up tremendous economic, political and cultural opportunities for the citizens of Hong Kong. For example, the 1997 handover provided access to the mainland Chinese market, which has provided almost unlimited opportunities in terms of trade and investments. The administrative and political system of the Hong Kong SAR has also been improved, with the Basic Law providing the legal foundation for the operation of the HKSAR and its high degree of autonomy. Thirdly, the government and the people of Hong Kong have been actively promoting the diversified cultural heritage from different countries and regions to the local community, making Hong Kong a real cultural and international melting pot. Also, due to the influx of people from mainland China, the language spoken in Hong Kong, Cantonese, has been reinforced and re-absorbed to some extent.
