我国艾滋病防治模式的伦理思考 朱海林;陈雅雪 【期刊名称】《医学与社会》 【年(卷),期】2012(25)2 【摘 要】AIDS prevention and cure of our country has experienced three stages,e.g."Crack-down","Combine Crack-down and Preven-tion"and prevention in a comprehensive way.From ethical angle, the public health approach in traditional pattern not only resulted in conflicts between the two basic value target of AIDS prevention and cure-public health and civil rights, aggravated social discrimination and exclusion, but also violated the demand of universal access of AIDS prevention and cure.
