京津冀煤炭产业链的构建与思考 纪良纲;严飞;母爱英 【期刊名称】《兰州商学院学报》 【年(卷),期】2014(000)005 【摘 要】The coal industry of Jingjinji region exists unreasonable economies of scale, extensive manage-ment, too much environmental costs and other outstanding problems, there is still a big gap in orderly de-velopment of resources, intensive use, energy - saving emission reduction and sustainable development.
