常用不可数名词 news, word, information, furniture, weather, trouble, difficulty, progress, equipment, knowledge, work, paper, success, failure, homework, housework, music, economy, luck, health, pollution, population, surprise, room（空间）, rain, snow, breakfast, lunch, supper, time, food , money, friendship, attention, notice（留意，注意）, wood, tea, coffee, water, hair, soup, bread, meat, etc. 说明： 1. a knowledge of a population of 2. success, failure表示“成功/失败的人或事”时，可数。 In this exam I am a success, but at yesterday’s party, I was a failure. 3. paper作论文，试卷，报纸解时，为可数名词。 work作著作，作品解时，为可数名词。 She is reading a paper. - Look, she is drawing, and let’s go and see. - Oh, how nice a work it is! 4. surprise表示令人惊奇的人或事时，可数。 You are a surprise to me.
