Three Monks It can be easily seen from the above three pictures that ,either one or two monks live in the temple ,both have no difficulty in life and enjoy themselves every day.while the third joins in, their life is incredible no water.There is no denying the fact that the importance of relationship between collectivity and individual. It is well known to us that collectivity is regarded as a comfortable word,which can’t exist if it is taken away from the entities.Meantime ,individual only relays on collectivity before he or she has endless strength and gains greater achievements. Besides collective benefit and individual’s are independent each other .As the saying “Full great river makes full arroyo”.Every unit can get a benefit guarantee after preserving collective interest,however it needs every member to make great efforts on the union.It is obvious that everyone as a member of an organization should care it .On one hand ,individual should protect collectivity’s honor and benefit,manage to solve problems which collectivity confronts by oneself,try their best to actively devote wisdom to organization;On the other hand ,people should learn to cooperate with each other to come true the much similarity and tiny difference collective concept ,be responsible for what he or she does and make a living on his own.
