社会学视角下公务员初任培训课程研究 张婷婷 【期刊名称】《北京劳动保障职业学院学报》 【年(卷),期】2018(012)001 【摘 要】Through more than 20 years of exploration and practice, the training of newly recruited civil servants has formed basic norms in training contents and operation modes, playing an important role in the implementation of Chinas civil service system and the new recruits s work smoothly. Taking the official policy as adapting to the governmentbasis, the training courses of newly recruited civil servants are the result of social selection, and presents different characteristics at different stages of development. Moreover, the training courses undertake the social function of individual role transformation and building governments image.
