新疆中小企业财务管理问题探析 张新吉;董俊杰 【期刊名称】《新疆财经大学学报》 【年(卷),期】2012(000)004 【摘 要】中小企业在产品技术创新、解决就业和加快农村劳动力转移等方面发挥了重要作用，已成为经济社会发展的重要推动力量。目前，新疆中小企业在财务管理中存在组织机构、工作岗位设置失衡，管理模式僵化、管理手段单一、管理监督弱化，普遍缺乏税务筹划能力，融资渠道单一等问题，严重制约了中小企业的健康发展。今后应通过建立健全企业财务制度和内控机制，建立完整规范的会计核算体系，建立高效的财务控制模式以及进行多元化融资等途径提高中小企业财务管理水平．促进企业健康、快速发展。%Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in product technology innovation, solution to the employment and acceleration of the transfer of rural labor and have become an important driving force for economic and social development. At present, problems related to work settings, management model, management means, management oversight, abili- ty of tax planning and financing channels in financial management of SMEs in Xinjiang has Seriously hampered the healthy development of SMEs.
