The third step is to make dumpling, It is a bit difficult for the first learning. At first, you put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper, then stick the two opposite of sides together and the rest, the best shape of dumpling is like a boat, you wont just cover the filling with the wrappers. The last step is to boil dumpling. You put dumpling in the boiled water, and stirring them cautiously, after about 10 minutes you should remove thoes dumplings from the boiled water and put them into plate, then you can taste those deliciouse foods. First ,you should chop the meat into tiny pieces ,then add salt,sesame oil,soy sauce,ginger,Chinese cabbage if you like.Mix thoroughly the ingredients and meat filling. In a big bowl,add water to flour gradually.Make sure not too much water.Then leave the dough for about one hour with a cover Scatter some dry flour on the board,knead and roll it into a sausage-like dough about 5 centimeters in diameter,then chop it into small pieces.Press each piece with your hand and get a pancake.Finally,you should hold the pancake with your palm and put the filling in the center and wrap it into half-moon shaped and seal the edges.
