High school vs.college Having lived in XUT for a semester , I found that there are quantities of similarities and differences between high school life and college life. Everything in the campus is fresh to us , yet a majority of us could not handle it well. For one thing, there are a couple resemblances between high school life and college life. First ,the aim of study. Whether high school or college students to learn the new knowledge as the goal. Second, we need a goal to fight for in both high school life and college life. To lead a meaningful and fulfilled life, get some identity capital，we have to set up a goal to fight for. For another, there are also some differences between high school life and college school. The first and most obvious factor is the flexibility of time. The students in university have enough spare time. They can use the free time to do whatever they want. However, for the high school student, they need spend all of their time on study so that they can get good grades in the college entrance examination . And while in college, there are no teachers giving detailed requirements to us and we can choose study or not according to our own willing. Therefore, the ability of self-control is very vital in college life. Finally, college life is much more various and rich than the high school one. In addition to study, we can attend many other activities in leisure and these activities make our college life be more wonderful. In brief, there are both similarities and differences between high school life and college life.
