Never Say Never Helen Keller used to say, “Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it.” In my opinion, it is just like the song dang by Justin Bibber, Never Say Never. Coming with the New Year of 2020, a terrible virus named COVID-19 heat we human beings heavily. Wuhan City should be the very first place heated by the virus, and it is also the ground zero of China. As soon as the virus broke out, Chinese people took action at once. Firstly, Chinese government came up with new policies. The central government ordered to lock down Wuhan, which means cut off any entrance or exit. Then local government required people to take house quarantine. Besides, government organized medical teams from other provinces to support Wuhan, Hubei. Every single community answered the call of anti-epidemic situation by quarantining and checking suspicious persons. Besides, many factories reformed their production line forwardly to produce epidemic prevention materials, which would be used to help support Wuhan City, glove, disinfectant, mask included. What’s more, people spontaneously raise money and supplies in order to give a hand for citizens of Wuhan, Hebei. Every single person, group and organization explained what Hellen Keller said by trying their best to do something for those in need. Just because of our effort, the Huoshenshan Hospital and Leishenshan Hospital could be built up in such a short time, the virus could be under control in only two months. Although Chinese people pay a huge price, someone even lose their lives, we finally take the initiative in this battle. On the other hand, international community also suffered form this terrible virus. Since the virus made a great difference, foreign countries have to take action to face the serious problem. They modeled China to limit people’s out-door activities, called on people to wear masks, stay at home and keep a safe distance form others. However, not all people would listen to the advice. As more and more problems happened because of the virus, such as the decrease of finance and the crease of production, people made up their minds to fight against the virus. As an old saying goes, “Where there is a will, there is a way”. Not only did foreign people do something to save themselves, but also Chinese people helped them a lot. Now situations in many countries are getting better. All these told us that “Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it.” Nowadays, technology is famous for its conveniences and flexibility, that’s why it has been widely used in teaching and learning aspect and playing an important role. Recently, as the COVID-19 heats we human beings, teaching and learning online becomes more and more popular, not only in China, but also foreign countries. However, people have different ideas to this. Some people say that teaching ang learning online could be a trend causing by the improvement of technology. The traditional study form can be replaced by the online one. Not only can this form save both time and space, but also can help release students’ and teachers’ potential. To the opposite, others say that studying online is not so mature that it can’t fit our society pretty well. The quality of the telecommunication couldn’t provide every one a stable class, while it is also a great challenge to both students and teachers, especially the young children and elder teachers. In my opinion, everything has its two sides. Studying online is the production of technology, which will adapt to the time. Just learn to accept the new thing or you will be washed out. On the other hand, since studying online is born new, we are not able to support it and make it popularized, which can be a long pass for us do effort.
