题目：Your should start your essay with a brief description of the picture and the express your views on criticism. “You are a good employee , Tom. But you need to be braver and learn how to take a little criticism.” On Criticism The boss in the cartoon tells Tom , her employee , that despite being a good employee ,he needs to be braver and learn how to take a little criticism , which is absolutely true because Tom is too fragile when hearing others’ criticism. There are many “Toms” in our real life. What they should do is to adopt a correct attitude towards criticism. Criticism is not a poison which makes people die but a remedy for one’s faults. To a large extent , it is criticism that makes us improve because only criticism informs us of what our shortcomings are and how to make up for them . However , a man who is too fragile or too proud is unwilling to accept criticism .The vulnerable people will be crushed while the proud ones will give a snort . And both of them will live in their isolated world without any progress or development. Criticism is the ladder of progress . A brave man faces up to it , a wise man welcomes it , and a coward evades it.
