Jane considers that true love is the meeting of hearts and minds of two people. If you really love someone, you must love the bad along with the good. Jane would like to marry him although he has lost most of his wealth and is blind at last. Jane’s love story is very moving and impresses us deeply. We can’t help showing our admiration for her and are encouraged by such love. It’s easy to say that I will love you forever, but it’s difficult to do it. Yet in Jane’s genuine selfless love for Rochester, we can see this kind of love and we can see her inner beauty as a female to love. There should be no distinction of property, rank or age in true love. Jane and Rochester get true love after a lot of sufferings. Pride and Prejudice is a novel by Jane Austen, first published in 1813. The story follows the main character Elizabeth Bennet as she deals with issues of manners, upbringing, morality, education and marriage in the society of the landed gentry of early 19th-century England. Elizabeth is the second of five daughters of a country gentleman, living near the fictional town of Meryton in Hertfordshire, near London. Though the story's setting is characteristically turn-of-the-19th-century, it retains a fascination for modern readers, continuing near the top of lists of 'most loved books' such as The Big Read. It has become one of the most popular novels in English literature, and receives considerable attention from literary scholars. Modern interest in the book has resulted in a number of dramatic adaptations and an abundance of novels and stories imitating Austen's memorable characters or themes. To date, the book has sold some 20 million copies worldwide. A socially awkward but very bright 15-year-old girl being raised by a single mom discovers that she is the princess of a small European country because of the recent death of her long-absent father, who, unknown to her, was the crown prince of Genovia. She must make a choice between continuing the life of a San Francisco teen or stepping up to the throne.
