Overseas Craze for Learning Chinese Recently,there is a heated discussion among the public on the phenomenon:Overseas Craze for Learning Chinese.More and more foreigners would like to learn Chinese,and an increasing number of parents are more willing to send their Children to learn Cinese.Over 4000 elementary schools and high schools have set up Chinese courses. Although Chinese become popular,we can merely say that most people speak Chinese instead of saying the most influential language.Because,for example,most of the latest technical papers are written in English.The phenomenon only reflects that our country becomes more influential and powerful,especially in economy. With the improvement of the international standing,people overseas are urgent to know about China.For businessman or saleman,learning Chinese is necessary for them to service Chinese customers.It means that they can get more opportunity to trade with Chinese people,which can bring them enviable income.For foreign children,their parents believes that learning Chinese does good to children’s future if their prospective employers are Chinese. Apparently,most of the foreigners turns to learn Chinese because they want to make profits from China’s high-speed growing economy,not are attracted by Chinese culture itself.Therefore,from my own perspective,the China government should grasp this chance to spread Chinese culture to the world through our own language,which can strengthen the soft power of Chinese culture. This Modern Life As the photo shows,the man,not only does he use computer at work and at home,but also he plays games on computer in his spare time.What’s more,he dreams that he is using computer when he has fallen asleep.Appartently,the man is using and thinking the computer all day long. Nowadays,peoply gradually liberate their hands and enhance operation effectiveness to extremes.And computer,the most powerful machine that human have ever made,plays an important part in people’s daily life now.But every coin have two sides.At this modern life,people are over depend on computer,which will cause shortsightedness and some disease,especially bad for teenagers.The reasons why some people are addicted to it can be list as followings. First,lots of people are suffering from high pressure and they do not know how to release theirselves and most of them choose computer.Second,some children have poor self-control ability and they may waste much time on playing computer games.Last but not least,the public have develop bad habits ,thinking the computer can do everything for them.
