Frightened and defeated, Griselda promised to never harm the candy house again. Jack and Lily, being kind-hearted, decided to show her some mercy. They released her from the trap and offered her some candy as a peace offering. Griselda, touched by their kindness, realized the error of her ways. From that day forward, she vowed to use her magical powers for good instead of evil. She became a friend to the village, helping them in times of need. And so, the candy house remained a symbol of joy and friendship in the village. Jack, Lily, and Griselda, continued to share their sweet treats with everyone, creating a world filled with laughter and happiness.
