论产权制度的社会学内涵 吐逊古尔·马木提 【期刊名称】《临沂大学学报》 【年(卷),期】2015(000)004 【摘 要】Since the people entered into the private ownership society, they began to have the consciousness of property right. With the social progress, the property right system was gradually established. Western scholars began to pay attention to the theory of property right in the 1930s, and provided a new perspective for the study of social economy. Any system exists in human society, which cannot be separated from many social factors. In the past, scholars mainly study property right system from the perspective of economics.
