中医方剂学方歌 一、 解表剂 1、1 辛温解表 1*麻黄汤: 麻黄汤中臣桂枝，杏仁甘草四般施，发汗解表宣肺气，伤寒表实无汗宜。桂枝芍药等量伍，姜枣甘草微火煮，解肌发表调营卫，中风表虚自汗出。九味羌活防风苍，辛芷芎草芩地黄，发汗祛湿兼清热，分经论治变通良。香苏散内草陈皮，疏散风寒又理气，外感风寒兼气滞，寒热无汗胸脘痞。解表蠲饮小龙汤，麻黄姜辛夏草从，芍药五味敛气阴，桂枝汤: 九味羌活汤: 香苏散: 小青龙汤: 2* 3* 4* 5* 表寒内饮最有功。 6*止嗽散: 止嗽散用百部菀， 白前枯草荆陈研， 宣肺疏风止咳痰， 姜汤调服不必煎。 7*正柴胡饮: 正柴胡饮平散方， 芍药防风陈草姜， 轻疏风邪解热痛， 表寒轻证服之康。 1、2 辛凉解表 1*银翘散: 银翘散主上焦疴， 竹叶荆蒡鼓薄荷， 甘桔芦根凉解法， 清疏风热煮无过。 2*桑菊饮: application; infection and antibacterial drug of clinical application; transfusion refers to levy; nutrition support of adapted card and clinical application; common life support technology (as cycle breathing support, and nutrition support,) and emergency technology of application; common guardianship instrument using.
