From the movie and life experiences, we saw a lot of such people that they change their behavior depend on what situation they are in. Maybe we will think they are not honest. On the contrary, when you have the experiences you will know that we have to do the same as them. So I think that we should change our behavior depend on what situation we are in. And, I think our behavior not only what we do, but also what we say and how to say! So the language is our behavior too. Firstly, whether you are an employee or student, you will meet three kinds of people. The first is your eldership or the people who is senior than you. When you communicate with your elders or superiors, you have to show your respect. If you communicate with them use the way same as you communicate with you fiends. They will not happy. The second is the people same as you whether it`s on the status and age. They hope to get equal treatment. So you should associate with them equally. You treat them as the superior, they will think that you are not common touch. Or you treat them as junior, they will think you are look down upon them. The third is the people who senior than you. For this situation, You should communicate with them equally. If not they will think you are bully the small by being big, and they will leave you when they meet you next time. Beside, you will meet the people who have different characters. For the introverted people, they like finish a thing seriously and don’t like tell a joke. Therefore, when you doing think with this people, you should strict with what you do and don’t tell a joke with you companion. He or she thinks a lot of your attitude for this thing. Then, work with the outgoing people. You can create atmosphere by telling a joke or making a face. You behavior will make he or she think you are common touch and take delight in doing thing with you. Maybe he or she will be your best friend. That will be the best consequence. You face the different situation when you communicate with different people and you should change your behavior. Finally, in the different place, you have to change you behavior. In the quite place, you have to keep quiet, because others people would be reading, thinking or relaxing. If you make the noise, you will make they can’t do the thing intently by themselves. When these situations appear they will ask you to stop or rebuke you. On the contrary, in a recreational place like a party, you should keep smile or excited. When you are more quite, they will think you are unhappy, this will make them not happy. So, though you are not happy, you should keep smile. Don’t make other people take you unhappy. And in the meeting, mealtime, other people’s home are the same. We should change our behavior depend on what situation we are in. Changing our behavior depend on the situation will make us get more friends and make a better achievement. But, we have to know that we only need change our behavior, like: change the way of doing thing and way of speech.
