Weekly Report Name Day, Month and Year 1. Achievements Describes main achievements or gains obtained in the past week. Something interesting that you have developed, discovered or learned. Also indicate if you have completed the work you planned in the last report. Make sure the information is presented in such a way understandable by the readers. It is not expected to have significant achievements every week. But you should achieve something at least every two weeks. 2. Comments and concerns If you don’t complete the planned work, comment on its causes in this section. Also describe any concerns you may have and the issues you want to discuss with me. 3. Activities List your main research related activities in the week. If you have some other major work, list them as well so that I can know your workload and difficulties. 4. Work planned next week Describe the work you plan to do next week. Must state what you want to achieve or to deliver. (example verbs to use should be "complete" etc.) These will be checked against your next report. 5. Attachments List attachments included with the report. It is not necessary to have attachments every week. Other information ▪ Must limit this report to one page. You can use smaller fonts or page margins if needed. ▪ Email your report to me. ▪ It is recommended that you write your report in Chinese. Weekly Report Example From xxx to xxx 1. Achievements ▪ ▪ ▪ Completed the simulation of xfmr inrush current case. The results show that the proposed resistance method does not work.
