A. keep(have) B. borrow C. to have D. borrows 11. 注意Isn’t that funny? 难道不…吗？ 回答方式与一般疑问句的回答一致 12. make friends交朋友；make a living谋生；make tools制作工具 13. nothing不定代词，nothing在前，形容词在后，nothing = not anything nothing else; nothing new… 14. catch — catches；catch nothing什么也没捉到； 15. catch a bus赶上公共汽车；catch a mouse捉老鼠； 16. and表并列或那么but表转折，or选择或否则 例句：Study hard, and you will pass this exam.
