四川师范大学成都学院财务管理学年论文 企业与财务经营 学生：田捷 指导教师：罗莉苹 内容摘要：在市场经济的深海巨浪中，公司与财务经营犹如飘荡其中的扁舟。而经济体制就正处在这样一个伟大的变革期，经济体制的改革重点在于企业的改革，而企业改革的一大重要内容就是财务改革。因此，如何提高企业与才财务就显得尤为重要。那么，什么叫做财务功能，他是怎么演变过来的呢？企业与财务经营又有什么特点，目标，任务和原则呢？财务是对企业贡献大小的标志，企业的财务核算，管理，经营三个依次提高的动能体系，这也是经济发展对企业财务的要求，更是财务变化发展的内在规定性。财务功能的核算，是企业生产经营过程中所产生的经济资源的消耗及由此所取得的经营成果的计算和反映；财务的管理功能，正是表现在企业按照国家有关的法律和规定，根据企业的资金运动的客观规定，正确处理其与各个经济方面的货币关系，合理组织其资金运动，已通过最小的投入和消耗取得最佳的经济效果；这么多的问题，都将在这篇论文中详细的解决。通过对这些问题的分析和解决，我想我们会从中得到一些启发的。 关键词：财务经营 企业 演变 经济 I 四川师范大学成都学院财务管理学年论文 Enterprise and financial management Abstract: in market economy of deep sea waves, the company and financial management is like a floating one of the boats.
