教学设计

执教：余爱华

教学目标：

（一）知识目标：

1. 能听、说、认读本课时的主要句型：What's the weather like in New York? How about Beijing?

2. 能够理解本课对话，并分角色朗读对话。 3. 能用degrees读出温度。（二）能力目标：

4. 根据天气预报情况进行问答。（三）文化目标：

5. 了解华氏温度和摄氏温度。

教学重点：句型：What's the weather like in New York? How about Beijing? 教学难点：It's ...degrees.的表达。

教具准备：自制课件、教学光盘、单词卡片、表格。教学过程：

Step1: Warm-up （导）

1. 卡片游戏，复习巩固有关天气的单词。 2. 说唱第25页的Let’s chant部分歌谣。

3. 师扮演Chen Jie 正在看电视，学生尝试播报天气预报。

Step2: Presentation & Practice

1、整体听对话（1遍）。（探）

2、出示问题（1.Who’s that boy? 2.Where is the boy? 3.What’s the

weather like there? 4.Is it cold in Beijing? ）。再听对话。（展） 3、师问：Who’s that boy? 生答：He’s Mark.

板书并朗读“ar, /a:/, Mark”.出示头套，师说：Look, this is Mark.套在一个男同学的头上。He’s talking with Chen Jie. （助）

4、师问：Where is Mark? 生答：He’s in New York. 师解说：New York

is a big city in the USA.

5、师问：Is Chen Jie in New York, too? 答：No, she isn’t. She’s in

Beijing. 师解说：Yes, she’s in Beijing. And it’s 7:30 pm in Beijing. It’s time to watch TV. What time is it in New York? It’s 7:30 am.

师问：What are these cities’ name?

连线：New York, London, Sydney, Toronto, Beijing。

6、师问：What’s the weather like in New York? 生答：It’s rainy.

连线：rainy, windy, cloudy, sunny, snowy。

7、师问：How about Beijing? Is it rainy, too? 生答：No, it isn’t.

师问：Is it cold in Beijing? 生答：No, it isn’t.

师解说：You’re right. It’s not cold. 出示：No, it isn’t.= No, it’s not.

8、师问：What’s the weather like in Beijing? 生答：It’s warm.

师解说：Yes, it’s 26 degrees. It’s warm in Beijing. 看温度计图，说出温度，拼读单词hot, warm, cool, cold。 9、小知识，看图：摄氏度，华氏度。

看华氏表，拼读单词hot, warm, cool, cold。 10、看课件，跟读对话。 11、分角色朗读课文。

12、表演对话： Chen Jie正在看天气预报，Mark来电。两人对话。老

师与戴Mark头套的同学先示范，然后同桌对话。

Step3: Consolidation（拓）

1、Let’s play小组活动一：看世界地图，填写表格

2、小组活动二：看表格，尝试编对话。

例如：A: Hi, ! This is .

B: Hi, ! What’s the weather like in ?

A: It’s . How about ? Is it ? B: No, it isn’t. It’s degrees. A: degrees? That’s ! B: Huh? No, it’s not. It’s .

3、Do workbooks。

Step4: Homework

1. 给同学、朋友或亲戚打一个电话，用What’s the weather like？询问

当地天气情况。
