名词性和形容词性物主代词 两种物主代词翻译成汉语都是一样的， 比如my和mine都翻译成 “我的”， their和theirs都翻译成 “他们的”， 但是在英语中不能混用。 举例： This is my bike = this bike is mine. This is our school, theirs is over there. 这里： Theirs= their school , mine= my bike. 名词性物主代词相当于两个词，是由一个形容词性物主代词和一个名词合成的。 而一个形容词性物主代词不能单独使用，必须后面带一个名词。 比如“我的是长的”，不能说 My is long. 只能说 Mine is long. 或者说My xxx is long. xxx 应该是个名词。比如my ruler , 但是一个名词性物主代词后面不能再接着一个名词了，比如不能说 hers bag. 每一个名词性物主代词都对应一个形容词性的物主代词。 my-mine your-yours his-his her-hers its-its their-theirs our-ours 这些一定要记住 注意：其中有两对是一样的。 练习： Your book is big, __________ (I) is small.
