With respect to causes ot trattic jam , not strict trattic regulations , poor driving, crossing the red light and so on. As for the traffic jam in the city, there are three ways to deal with them. First, strict traffic regulations are in need of issuing. Second, more training are given to drivers. Third, we need to persuade people to observe traffic regulations and not to cross the street when the red light is on.
