For now it’s a World Cup with 32 teams but everybody is open-minded and we will have a frank and open discus-sion. I will be happy if it keeps 32 teams as usual. Qatar could insist on 32 teams. But if everybody thinks it might be positive to change to 48 teams， then we can have a look. ” Infantino added， “We have agree-ments and a contract with Qatar， but it’s still too early to know whether there will be 32 teams or more. For now， anything is possible.
