我和老板关系英语作文 I think the management shouldn't be soft and permissive.In an organization there's no doubt about who's boss and bosses demand large amounts of work,loyalty,and discipline from employees.But every worker's opinion is regarded as important and he is consulted on decisions that will affect him. The boss should place much more emphasis on providing a work environment as one big family.The organizations should downplay the status distinctions between bosses and employees, which helps to promote a team atmosphere rather than one of"us versus them."They should feel a feeling of togetherness.
