AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between ………………………………………. ………. with its registered office at ____________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “Principal”

And

M/s. XXXXXX Limited, with its office at, ____________________________________ New Delhi hereafter referred to as the “Authorized Representative”.

The principal hereby appoints the representative on an exclusive basis for the promotion and sale of ____________products and services into the Indian markets hereafter referred as the Territory”. The Authorized Representative shall promote Principal products primarily in to Oil and Gas Sector in the territory. The Authorized Representative shall initiate and accomplish Principals registration in various Oil and Gas companies in India.

Both the parties hereby agree that they will work in the territory according to a business plan agreed and accepted mutually.

This agreement is valid for 36 months and automatically renewable thereafter subject to written confirmation.

This agreement can be terminated by either party by giving 90 days prior notice to each other
