注册财务策划师（RFP）认证 目录 注册财务策划师(RFP) RFPI会员级别 注册财务策划师(RFP) RFPI会员级别 注册财务策划师(RFP) RFP简介 证书名称：Registered Financial Planner，中文翻译为注册财务策划师，简称RFP。 其职业特点就是通过科学公正的财务分析程序来对公司或个人的财务计划、投资策略等进行合理规划与管理，有效规避投资 和经营风险，实现资产的保值与增值的专业人才。是指运用丰富的专业知识和技能，通过咨询、策划，制定一套符合个人特征的财务策划方案，不断调整客户存款、 股票、债券、基金、保险、动产、不动产等各种金融产品组成的投资组合，设计合理的税务及遗产计划，保证其财务独立和金融安全，满足客户长期的财务目标和生 活目标的专业人才。 传统财务工作意味着记账和会计报表，而财务策划则意味着转型，离开会计报表和审计，进入企业资本运作，新项目风险收益的投资分析，企业融资、上市，利润调整、资本优化、税务筹划的新领域，一个以先期决策（策划）代替后期繁琐记账的领域。 注册财务策划师RFP专业名衔始用于1983年，起始于20世纪80年代英国金融界，从那时起，在英国一直被尊誉为专业财务策划与水平的标志。RFP执业资格给其拥有者提供了一个与来自财务策划业广阔范围内的专业人士互相交流机会，同时也意味着获得了享有崇高声望的专 业资格。 财务策划，代表着国际金融领域最新发展方向的新兴学科，正如其他大多数学科在发展初期一样，许多有着不同背景与眼光的人都被吸引到“财务策划”这个领域。 目前，具备国际财务策划专业水准的人才，已被列为国家紧缺人才培训工程，可见该职业是“全球第一黄金职业”。 IARFP公会简介 IARFP——世界上领先的专业财务策划师团体，国际上海外学员最多，学员规模发展最快的财务策划师组织，是财务策划实务的专家团体。 RFPI会员级别 ARFP ARFP英文全称是Affiliate Registered Financial Planner，即为附属会员。 The Financial Planning Technician has an important role to play, either as support staff to the professional (where they undertake sub professional work in the field of financial management) or by taking the role of private banking in a smaller organisation, where an outsourced professional accountant provides the service of supervision and monitoring. A Full member of the International Association of Registered Financial Planners has the level of competency considered necessary to complete the final Financial Planning of a business. They will have the ability to interpret Financial Planning, which will assist in day to day management decisions. A Full Member may use the designatory letters IRFP.
