抱怨信/投诉信 写作框架 1）开头：自我介绍，交代投诉内容，表明本信的目的和要求。 2）正文：说明情况，告诉对方你因此受到的伤害或不便，提出解决问题的建议，表明希望如何处理。 3）结尾：表达希望问题得到迅速恰当解决的强烈愿望，希望尽快得到满意的答复。 语言上应注意投诉信应重点表明投诉的原因，叙事应客观、准确、简洁。最后提出的解决方法应切实可行。在表达自己的不满时，语言要把握分寸，不失风度。 投诉信经典句型 1.
