评课稿 Demi老师非常努力，也非常聪明。努力是因为这节课，她一共试教了三次，每一次的试教都比前一次要进步，这才会有今天的完美呈现。聪明是因为，虽然只有三年在机构的工作经验，但是在教学上Demi老师有她有自己的想法，这节课中有许多细节的处理，比如说拍大腿打节奏念儿歌，都是她自己想出来的，真心给她点赞。 首先我要夸一夸Demi老师的英语功底，她的培训手册上的听课记录，听课反思都是用英文写的。而且她的语音语调，大家也听到了，非常的洋气，好听。她的教态，也是非常的亲切、自然，也非常的老练，看不出是一名新教师。她能够关注到班中的每一位学生，并在学生表达之后进行的及时的反馈和评价，对于表达上有错误的同学Demi老师能够进行及时纠正。 关于这节课，课件制作非常精美，教学设计非常有趣，教学评价也充满了童趣，这节课真的是非常精彩。 Demi is a smart and diligent teacher. As for her hardworking, she have practiced the lesson three times and each practice has made progress, which contributes to today’s excellent performance. The reason why she is clever is that despite the three-year experience in the educational organization, she has her own thinking when teaching. She designed many details like reading a chant with patting legs as rhythm, which is worth giving a thumb up. First of all, I have to praise Demi’s English ability and the learning notes on the training book, where the learning reflections were written all in English. Second, her pronunciation and intonation are, as we hear, pretty excellent. Third, unlike a new teacher, her teaching expression and behavior are really natural and tender. Most importantly, she can look after each pupil in the class and offer timely correction after kids give wrong expressions.
