My community, my family The freshman next semester, in order to enrich my extracurricular life, and exercise my personal abilities, I participate in and create the sound of international foreign exchange association of English, and become the secretariat of the minister. Just to join this association, the first thing to do is to communities recruiting propaganda. Propaganda that day, we promoting in the front of the library; we made two a huge poster, print a lot of flyer, and others to publicize our club. We introduced to others through our club; make lots of friends who are interested in English, and conducted recruitment in a few days. When recruiting new members, we invited many famous students in our university: many minister from student’s union; and we finally introduced a number of outstanding members. The following week, in order to know our members well, we held a very grand meeting. Everybody assembled together and to communicate with each other about the understanding of English. All of the President and the secretary were introduced themselves; we shared our experience and dreams of the future to the club. Everyone talked very happy; we have also invited some actively members going to the stage and introduce themselves to all the members. After the meeting, each department set off for the first meeting and I talked to all of our members about the task and problems that we may be faced in the future and arrange everyone well. Two weeks before the final exam, we held the first large-scale: The Activities-" Binhai Cup "the star of the charm English style competition. This is the first time for us to organize a large activity; all of us donate all of their spare time to this activity. We help formulate the department marking, and wrote planning books. Then, we promoted in the library and dining room door on the publicity, although the examination is coming soon, there are still many students who come to ask and sign up. Before the big show, we had invited the international institute of excellent teacher Steve to participate in and as the judge, and there are also many ministers from different clubs that come to our show and act as the judges. We also applied for a big classroom as venues, and draw a strong sponsor “renren” network, which provide all the prizes and help to organize the activity. The big show was finally pulled open heavy curtain. At that day, we went ahead to the classroom and cleaned the court and then arranged the task to all the members. Every audience, crew, participants, cheering squads have their own special seat. The wonderful show comes soon. One of the students in our club tried his best and bears the host to one job. His clear voice, the beautiful English, appeal all the audience. Contestants also tried their best and showed their performance to all the people, some of them are singing, some people sound tracking, some people delivering a speech while the rest are doing the musical instrument performance. There are even two of the “Best 10 Singer in TUST” came to participate in, one of them is the champion of the ten singers. Finally, after all the selection, we get a first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes. The judges also performed the guests to award the players. After each game, the excellent teachers Steve would give some suggestions to the players, and the instrument performance on the guitar that performed by him earned the audience burst of applause. After this community activity, I got a lot of experience. By joining the sound of international university, I know more about the community even about my life and future. I know the community is the bridge to meet like-minded people, is the head of the carrier can be carried out. In the club, everyone like-minded, have a common interest, have a common goal, in order to the same purpose, working together, and do every thing well by cooperating with each other. These activities make me understand a lot of things, such as the strength of the cooperation; how to deal with things well from detail... Through the activities, I get to know a large number of like-minded friends; we put our efforts to same thing, and making progress together. And I also found that the activities can also help your know your shortcomings, as the old saying goes “a fault confessed is half redressed”, have known your own shortcomings, and try your best to avoid it, becoming more and more mature, this may account for the club's original intention that why it was established. During a semester’s activities in our community, I came to recognize myself; I also do a comprehensive inspection: Strength: 1): I have a clear mind; 2): I can get along with others well; 3): I can do well when facing pressure. Weakness: 1): I am not very patient; 2): I can’t arrange m time well. Opportunities: 1): Our future is still a long way to go; 2): We are bold enough to face challenging . Challenging: 1): We don’t have a good fame in university; 2): At is difficult for us to level up. All of these need us in the next semester to perform well, I also believe that we can overcome many obstacles, achieve the final success.
