公共服务提供中的NGO及其与政府关系之研究 顾丽梅 【期刊名称】《中国行政管理》 【年(卷),期】2012(000)001 【摘 要】This article is focused on the public service in NGO and its position and function, as well as in the public service field, the inter - relationship between NGO and government. As for the NGOs, in the special field of public service delivery, they participate in the provision of public services, enhance the credibility of the government; they take part of the social responsibil ity, provide employment opportunities ; and help to maintain social stability, reduce the risks. During the procedure of Public Service Delivery, considered about the inter - relationships between NGO and government ： First, it＇ s the cooperation and support for each other; Second, they are competing and conflicting with each other; and the Third is management and supervision relationship.
