中国社会智库科学发展路径探析 张广汇;张朝 【期刊名称】《智库理论与实践》 【年(卷),期】2016(001)004 【摘 要】Purpose/significance] The social think tank is an integral part of the new type of think tanks with Chinese characteristics. It is also a new topic in the ifeld of think tanks, and must be studied and solved in the work of civil administration. The scientiifc development of social think tanks is related to the governance of China in the new period, and the enlightenment of the people and the optimization of the livelihood of the people. The social think tanks’ development can ensure the interests of China, the image of a responsible powerful country and enhance the national soft power. [Method/process]From the perspective of a social think tank’s formation development, connotation, function and its urgent need of solving the problem, this article intended to explore and guide social forces to set up the basic idea and the development of think tanks and the operable approach with Chinese characteristics in the context of the regulation of civil affairs departments.
